In total we have about 25 acres of the land fenced for the horses, all cleared with a few trees. The fence line
runs right down to the marshland. We are planning to fence several acres of wooded area also. Our fencing choice for most
of the paddocks is Gallagher white electric tape.
Our barn presently includes 4 stalls, a heated tack room with sink, and large storage room.
It was built in the Summer of 1997, when plans only included one or two horses. Now, due to extra horses, plans are in
the works for two box stalls being added on soon. Each stall is well lit, with wooden or rubber flooring.
